Can anyone identify this bird?

This family have recently appeared in the Blessington Street Basin in Dublin. They are some kind of ducks but I don't know what kind. The red and blue bill is quite distinctive. Anyone any ideas?

No doubt from somebody's domestic wildfowl collection, the white duck is a hybrid with a domestic duck.

Have seen one in Stephens Green today, also heard of a similar description duck on the Slaney a couple of weeks ago. Looks like an ornamental gone feral. Not a mallard descendent by the looks of it. Looks more like a pintail or slim diving species.

Found it! This was getting to me until I googled white pintail. Looks like a new feral breed. The white form must be a result of selective breeding.
