Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Maxi dresses for petite people?

    I'm 5'0, but I'm not your average petite figure. I'm thin but I'm very hourglass, and I really want to get a maxi dress but I can't find one thats the right length and doesn't make me look like a tent!:p I saw a girl my height wearing one and it looked really cute on her, but looking around I haven't seen any maxi dresses in petite sizes. Has anyone seen any?

    TBH I don't think they generally look nice on girls smaller than 5'4ish.

    Being 5'3" myself I know they proabably aren't the most flattering thing I could wear but they're so damn handy in the summer especially on holidays. If you get one with a waist rather than straight down it should give a sense of proportion.

    Also you might just need to get it altered to fit you in height.

    I got one a few weeks ago in New Look... I'm 5"1 and its more or less okay. Maybe a little long but I can get away with it for what I need it for.
