    Would love some feedback on www.balls.ie
    we seem to have problems with loading time.. and with ie7

    Would be great to get feedback on navigation as it would be good to drop bounce rate

    It is loading very slowly.

    Wordpress is great for getting things up and running quickly but it is a memory hog and requires optimisation.

    Make sure you are using a decent cache (WP-Super-Cache or W3 Cache) and make sure all the plugins you are using are well behaved.

    Of course your host may also be at fault. Why did you choose to host in the US with that provider? Google for reviews of "the Endurance International Group" and make sure the are no horror stories there.
