D14/16 UPC?

Anyone else having major problems with it the last few days? Seems to be going down between 6pm and 9pm (peak times i suppose) every night and either stays down till about 2am or comes back within 20 mins but intermittently goes down for the rest of the night a few mins at a time.

in dublin 24 and been dropping intermittant for over a week not sure if its the wireless or upc though tried connecting it hardwired and no joy unpluged modem and rebooted and no joy but if i unplug router and reconnect it pops back up changed wireles channels on router and didnd work
have a belkin router and 20 mb download
only in last week or so this been happening had the router over 3 years
