What are ye're opinions on this?

Think I'm gonna go with Uruguay with the USA in a double and then a single of Uruguay(-1.0).
Thinking of going with Forlan AT, not sure yet, though.

I think it will be an open game and that Uruguay have the more potent attack, so they should win, and hopefully by a couple.:D

Well i hope Uruguay win and Forlan scores as i have monies on Forlan top scoring with Uruguay reaching semi's! Although South Korea are a quality outfit especially Park. Should be a competitive match but Uruguay will shade it.

It should be a tight enough match, the Koreans are alert, bright, fast and have shown that they can ponce an score in a flash to.

But Uraguay has a rock solid defense conceeding no goals in their group.

My money is on Uraguay....but nothing fancy

Didn't put anything on him vs South Africa. Typically :rolleyes:
Put 20 euro vs Mexico... Fail again

Like I said in my post above, MOTM is the safest bet when it comes to Forlan and Uruguay.

Brazil and Argentina are through.

I believe Slovakia will be a harder test for Holland then people give them credit for. But Holland should win it.

Germany, a lot depends with how England set up in the sense of Ozil(needs to be man-marked), GJ v Podolski and if Rooney will continue miss some easy chances. Scweinsteiger(spelt wrong I know) likely to miss the game is a huge loss for the Germans too. I avoided this game in my accumulator.

have to say IMO best bet around is CONMEBOL confederation to win the world cup at evens (BF) - thats south america (without mehico for some reason)

your bet looks good for 9/4- id expect there to be a few draws after 90 mins from here on in and backing winners in matches is unhealthy - laying is the game now

Ive layed Uruguay in this game - dont think their group was that strong though they got the job done well - i love the South Koreans attitude and discipline, and Japan for that matter - they play without fear, create chances and dont panic in front of goal

have to strongly disagree - impressive german team against an unimpressive england team

england chances will be greatly enhanced if they can keep Ozil out of the game however I dont think england actually have a player who can man mark adequately - gerrard or lampard would be greatly insulted if asked to man mark and I dont think it would suit barry either
