MMA in kildare? ( Newbridge)

    hey,

    does anyone know of any MMA palces around the above area? ive seen a few threads knocking about but theres nothing definite in it. dont mind anywhere along the n7 from here to dublin as i work down there.

    Ive done TKD for a good few years and stopped but i want to get back into martial arts and i think MMA is the way forward these days
