Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

    I was thing about buying
    http://www.gumtree.ie/dublin/24/59743724.html

for my car as the deal would give me a 'new' tyres for 400 odd euro but I'd get a second set of alloys for free?

My only concern is I've never heard of "Furio tyres".

I currently have the same bog standard 16" alloys on mine with 50% wear bridgestone turanzas.

    Opinions please
    Thanks

Made by Debica, Polish I think. I don't know what they are like but probably a decent budget tyre, Goodyear are involved.

    Debica Furio.
    They are Polish brand.

Actually I can tell you something, because I used to live very near to Debica factory, and knew few people who worked there.

Debica was bought by Good Year.
Pretty much Debica tyres and Good Year tyres are made in the same factory, on the same production lines, using the same materials.
Only difference is logo, and price pretty much.

I've been driving on different Debica tyres for years - always was happy.
Considering they are very competitevely priced, and good as top brands, it's hard to say anything bad about them.
I only bought set of Furio tyres for my car few months ago.
Diffenece between them and cheap asian brands is huge. You can feel on wet car get better grip. Difference in price is only a little.
