Hi I have an indoor potted plant Not sure what the english name is but name on pot is Crasula ovata There are white marks like a powdered substance appearin on the leaves and some of the branches - see attached pic - pic not great quality :( What is this ? What is this ?

What is cause - is it too much or too little watering , too much or too little light - the plant is positioned in a window so getting lot of light. Plant needs plant food/fertiliser

Plant was repotted earlier in the year

They seem to suggest its probably mealy bugs.
