live roulette no payout

hey all, have a bit of a problem with an online casino and kinda dont know what to do now.

I was playing live roulette on a betting website that i won't mention, and you can see the dealer spin the ball and there is a virtual table and chips used to bet.
Anyways i was playing and betting 30-50 euro each spin and was on a roll as such, when i placed around 40 euro on the table and was waiting for her to spin, now i had a big feeling number 19 was about to come up so had 10 on it straight then 10 split with 16 20 and 20 euro on the second twelve section.
anyways as the ball spins my money was taken from balance and chips were there then when ball starts to drop my balance is refunded and chips disappear then all of a sudden it lands on 19!!! i was thinking ah maybe it was lagging or something but no i didnt get paid, should of returned me 550 euro. i was typing to the woman furiosly and she kept telling me to not take it to heart and i was probably late.

now i got the pitboss down and she took details and sent it onto technical team, they mailed me this morning and said i didnt try to place a bet i was just watching the video? i mailed them back asking for a manager to get back to me, looking like i wont get my money but why would i make this up if i was on a winning streak and why would i suddenly stop betting then make it up?
anyone got any suggestions what i can do now?

I wouldn't stop at them OP,if the chips went up on the table then they had to have a record of the bet being logged.

they said there wasnt anything on the log, im thinking of calling their bluff and saying i have a program that records a video of everything that happens on screen, what do you think?

nope it begins with an E. still waiting on a manager to contact me was told today the technical team are still looking into it. grrr
