Can't View Setanta Sports via Eircom Broadband

    When I try and view the Setanta Sports programmes on my Laptop(Vostro + Windows 7), it gives the following;
    "Your browser Safari is not supported.
    This service currently available for Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher,
    Netscape version 7.0 or higher,
    Firefox version 1.0 or higher or
    Opera version 8.0 or higher."

    When I run the "Test" I get the following;

    "Your current browser is not supported
    Your current browser is Mozilla 5.0. Supported browsers are Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, Netscape 7.0 or higher and FireFox 1.0 or higher."
    I have tried Google Chrome and Opera. IE doesn't work on my PC. It freezes every time.
    I don't have Safari installed in my PC for a start.
    On a second Laptop, in IE, I get a blue screen when I try watching On-line from Setanta.
    This is a new Eircom BB service. I went On-line on Friday, so some of these are probably "Teething Problems??"
    Any help please?

    Are you using any kind of security suite that blocks or interferes with the user agent string?

    I use Zone Alarm Security Suite.
    Apologies, I'm not a Techie but can get around some problems. This one is driving me med. I had all sorts of Cookie problems earlier, Session Cookies not enabled etc...
    This is now done as much as I understand.

    The bluescreen issue is fixed, so your other laptop will be fine at least.

    On the first laptop try deactivating Zone Alarm briefly to try the streams.
