Doesn't change the fact that he is absolutely right .... there's isn't a hope in hell of a referendum that even looks sideways at property rights being passed in this country. So you think we should throw away more money on a referendum that hasn't a hope in hell of being passed.

Pat Rabbit is absolutely right - FF/Greens deliberately stopped social housing & deliberately forced people into private rental houses (Houses owned by their friends in the professional & middle classes) ... and in doing so forced house prices beyond the reach of your ordinary HOME buyer and, as we know, eventually into the statosphere.
It didnn't just happen, combined with the rental income supplement, it was a very deliberate policy to benefit a section of society & transer PAYE income to that section of professional & middle class.
