Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone could give me approx costs on how much it would cost to get a lawn laid/relaid. Basically I have a 1 acre site where I want to make lawn a lawn of .65 acres. I made an attempt at doing around .35 acres last year and while it is ok and mowable the soil is to compacted (poor drainage) and not level enough i.e. quite bumpy. There is plenty of top soil on site so that shouldn't be an issue so the main tasks would be
1. spray and scrape off existing grass cover
2. rotivate/break up existing soil cover to a reasonable depth
3. remove stones (mostly done)
4. rake, level and sew grass seed

If anyone would have an idea of the going rate that would very helpful.
