can someone please tell me who the cheapest wireless broadband provider is. so far eircom is the only one being honest with me, others have alot of hidden charges.

I can't give you concise advice but can tell you Eircom doesn't tend to be the cheapest at all, then again the others aren't often that reliable either. Calling them directly is the handiest and ask them directly for what the ultimate monthly price is. They have to give you a final figure.
