Ceramic Hob Trips Circuit Breaker

Hi All, This question probably asked a hundred times. I have a built-in hotpoint ceramic hob and oven. The two are hard wired via junction box under the hob and then up to switch on the wall, connecting to circuit board on 32 amp breaker. Note my lack of knowledge. well the company charge the customer 25 euro for delivey and 40 euro for the install total 65 inc vat

they pay the driver 40 euro plus vat @21% to deliver and install it

appears that there is nothing to stop them doing it ?
