Personally I feel that Technotronic win this hands down. There video for Pump up the jam is such a powerful video that it will force your head to nod along and will end up with yopu breaking into some sort of 1980's dance routine.

Jesus I think you're right actually, I have the windowlicker video release with windowlicker on and donkey rhubarb on it and I do seem to remember Jarvis Cocker's name being on the back. It puzzled me at the time but I must have completely forgotten about it.
