Hi all, This is a strange request!! Bought the above and assmebled them which basically entails putting the top and bottom halves together & then pushing the top half down on the pumping cylinder (of the bottom half). On one of the chairs the up and down movement & the seat swivelling actions arent as loose as the other…

Hi all,

This is a strange request!! Bought the above and assmebled them which basically entails putting the top and bottom halves together & then pushing the top half down on the pumping cylinder (of the bottom half). On one of the chairs the up and down movement & the seat swivelling actions arent as loose as the other chairs. I noticed when jointing the two halves it was a tight fit. Before I contact the retailer I'd like to double check the installation but I'm unsure how to dismantle? Dont what to break anything but is there a correct way to dismantle such stools? The top doesnt seem to want to come off.
