This is a bet which really catches my eye though - Michel Bastos to be booked @ 10/3 (Skybet)


Will be lining up directly against Arjen Robben who often (and more than most) gets his opponent booked. Considering Bastos in't really your typical natural defender, i'd expect him to be caught out of position by Robben on a few occasions and resorting to last ditch tackles. Fantastic price IMO.

Interesting to see how excited people are getting about Holland here.
A good performance but an own goal that changed the run of the game.
The first half alone should've seen Brazil go in 2 or 3 up, with Juan and Káka coming extremely close.

Hopefully Holland will meet Uruguay in the next stage, and I think we might be looking at a different scenario

Anyway, luckily I stayed away from this game, well done to those with Holland to be outright and indeed to those who backed them in the Win-Draw-Win market.

What an absolutely disgusting display of diving and dirty football from the Dutch. Disgraceful. The Brazilians at least upheld the "beautiful game". If you have to cheat so much to get in the semi-finals, it's pathetic.

They have only a few players with any creative ability. Kaka(who has been poor all season), Robinho and Maicon and one out and out consistent goalscorer in Fabiano.

Leaving out Ronaldinho and Pato was a completely retarded decision and was proven right.
