    weights
    20kg barbell: 3 x 8 arm curls
    10lb dumbell: 4 x 8 arm curls / 4 x 8 shoulder curls (?)

    this was completed on thursday

    struggled for the last 5 min jog and was going at a ridiculously slow pace, but well pleased i completed it.

    the second 6min jog was a killer to be honest, but felt delighted that i completed it.

    found second 6 min easier this time but getting slight pains up back of calfs when jogging the second 6 mins.
