Ladies Only Introduction to Lifting Session 2

So, following on from the HYOOOOGE success that we had in the first Ladies' Lifting Day we've scheduled another session for Sunday July 11th at 12pm, once again to be held in the fantabulous RAW gym, Portobello.

As promised, those who expressed an interest in the other thread and didn't get a place will be given first preference (we can only accommodate 12 people per session). Please please bear in mind though that this is really for girls who've never done any lifting before, not to get advice on your form if you're already familiar with the free weights area

I know there's loads and loads of people on the other thread who've said they'd love to try this so I promise I'll try and keep organising more sessions!!

For the people on that list, if you can make it can you thank this post - and if you can't make it let me know asap as there's a fair few people who would be glad of the spot (no pun intended - although that might be an inside joke for the gym bunnies )

I could make it but in truth I'd nearly prefer to wait til the next session as I've a very busy week work wise next week:)
