I think what can't be over looked is the atleticism of Brazils centre backs. They are much quicker and more decisive then the Dutch counter parts.

The Dutch are not up for this and Brazil are pulling out all the stops. It could be a massacre. Van Persie and Robben are a joke, but at least ould Kuyty is giving it his all. Stekelenburg has had to be on top of his game a couple of times.

Short of a Sneijder moment of magic I don't see Holland getting back into this.

To be fair to the Dutch, Brazils defenders are far more impressive from an athletic point of view than any other team in the tournament. I have always been a big fan of Lucio (I'm a CB myself). Maicon is an absolute machine! He is like Cafu, only a few inches taller and a bit more meat on him. He genuinely looks as if he could sprint for 90 mins.

Exactly. Their CBs snuff the ball out or close the Dutch player down very quickly. Brazil will be a very tough side to beat.

Watching this with my Dutch missus.....she's going mad, and now wants to hit Ronnie Whelan after his comment that Dutch keeper touched ball from Maicon's shot that should have been a corner instead of a goal kick.....gas to see how people react when nervous.

Dutch need to change tack and up their game or they are on the plane home in 45 mins.

I can see the Dutch pushing and pushing for the equalizer and eventually getting caught with too many up ..Brazil willl break and make it two.. In the end it'll be an easy Brazilian victory!
