Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anybody have any recommendations for buying Benefit make-up online? Specifically the 'some kind-a gorgeous' compact.

Be careful buying Benefit (or any other expensive branded make-up) on eBay as it could be fake.

There was this thread which has more info about fake/genuine products on eBay.

Ive bought benefit from asos for english prices when ordering clothes. if you use a diet coke code youll get a fiver off it :) not hugely cheap but cheaper than getting it here.

I've bought Benefit from the official Benefit site from the USA a few times. Way way cheaper than anywhere here. Some people say you can be stung by customs but I have never had a problem (fingers crossed!).

You can buy it directly from the Benefit website (www.benefitcosmetics.com) - even with postage it still works out cheaper than here. Just watch out that you keep the total cost (including p&p) low or you could end up with a bill from customs! You can import up to €22 worth before getting stung for VAT - I've ordered different Benefit powders and they came to about €30 with p&p - don't think I got charged VAT by customs though. It works out about the same as asos at the moment but when the euro is strong against the dollar it works out a lot better!
