    A few packs of D'addario strings i bought had strings missing and so emailed daddario.

    Just got 5 packs of EXL-110's in the post from them , how nice:rolleyes:

    What strings do you use?

    Ernie Ball 11's all the way.

    I've tried a few others and they've not been as nice.

    Gibson Brite Wires 10s (on Les Paul)
    Ernie Ball Slinky 10/9s (for everything else)
    D'addario (for bass) but might try out something different for next string change, too bright for the bass imo

    If it bothers you that much then you can always turn sigs off. I find it makes for a much faster browsing experience anyway.

    MusicStores 9-42 for standard tuning. (Fantastic strings for the price, regardless of what anyone says!)

    Dean Markley 10-52 for D Standard and Drop C.

    Ernie Ball all the way. Got 12s in the ESP and 10s in the Schecter (7 string). Decided to throw some DR 9.5s in the Ibanez the other day though. Really liking them so far, savage for bends.
