Hey can someone help me, i am based in d6 and am looking to take up some form of fitness class a couple of nights a week. is there anywhere in rathmines, rathgar,terenure or any d6 are that does kickboxing, self defence classes? i just want to improve on my fitness and also learn some fighting techniques. any websites or…

chupasart.com is a thai boxing gym not too far away from you either we get a fair few from your neck of the woods

I think chupasart is in Tallaght so the hop on the 65B and you're there in 20 minutes.
