Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

now why do people do this? why pop into a rival thread just to stir it up. If you're not happy with what is said or put up in the thread of a rival team just leave it and go to your own team's thread.

Baffles me the way people on here pop in and out to throw a little abuse around.

I thought the whole point of a message board is to communicate. If you're unhappy with something someone says of course you should post a comment.

Malouda has been one of our best players for a while now. The 13.5 million we paid Lyon looks to be an absolute bargain now.

Indeed, for me he was the most improved player last season, this is why I got his name on my new Chelsea shirt :)

Great win on Saturday , hopefully Drogba can stay injury free this season and you never know what trophies Chelsea will win :)

The way we played it was like the last game of the season

That's the key, hopefully that kind of attitude continues.

Easily top class for the last 18 months when Hiddink arrived.

In fairness he stopped getting his game for the first half of the season under Ancelotti but stormed back into the team.

So according to shed chat we'll make a signing next week and I quote will make us **** our pants.:D

To be honest, the only player that could excite me to get that much would be Drogba if we didn't already have him!

Apparently Neymar is meeting with his family today to decide about a move.

Ramires is to wear the no. 7 jersey.

    The cursed jersey...

Think Ramires will be a good signing, quick and incisive passer. More effective on the break than Kalou.

Surely you know he's already played for Chelsea, and was actually thrown out because of drugs. Now personally owes Chelsea millions.

Us Chelsea fans leading the Fantasy Football league just like Chelsea!

Ours will not continue past this week but Chelsea will be top all season

So 3 of us make up the top 3, not bad, but it's all downhill from here.

On a more serious note we will find out sometime in the morning whether we will be signing Neymar or not. Very mixed reports coming from Brazil at the moment.

Robinho and Pele are apparently telling Neymar to stay put.

Anyone heading to Wigan on Saturday?

City can't sign anymore foreign players and there's been mutterings that if Robinho convinces Neymar to stay at Santos for another season City will agree to let Roinho stay for another season. City are full on their quota of foreign players (players in general tbh) but are looking to sign him next season when they've trimmed their squad.

Dunno what Pele will say, but he has been abit senile recently.

Looks like Lamp and Drog are doubts again :(

Pele should stick to his advertisements  Calling in the minister for sport is ridiculous. Why don't we report Santos for involving government in club policy and get them banned from all competitions for a few seasons. If it was Barca or Madrid, there would be no issues with this deal. Look how quick Madrid were able to tie up the Ozil deal.

Drogba are Lampard will both more than likely start on Saturday imo, I don't think we will risk resting them on a ground where we got beaten comfortably last season.

That result from the DW last season will haunt me til my dying day, as one of the biggest ''sure thing'' bets I ever had slipped away... This was the same day that:

    Liverpool v. Hull
    Manchester United v. Stoke
    Arsenal v. Fulham
    Chelsea v. Wigan (obviously)...

Got 6/1 on the "Big 4" to all win.

    Liverpool hockey Hull by 6
    United beat Stoke
    Arsenal sneaked by Fulham 1-0...

And of course our mob go out and get beaten 3-1....

Lost a bloody fortune on that one. Here's to sweet revenge!!!:D

Ancelotti keen on Rodwell here would be a fantastic signing.

First bit of news regarding Neymar's decision

It's a good sign but I wouldn't get your hopes up yet.

I like Rodwell but United apparently bid £18m for him and that was before he signed a new contract a month or two ago. He's seen as the future of Everton and unless they receive a mammoth bid they won't sell him.

Still think it will take a while for the transfer to go through, if it does even. Might not be signed and available to until the end of the transfer window i fear.
