Just because I don't rate him highly doesn't mean he can't do a job, same as Bennayoun, never really rated him, but seeing as he is PL proven,cheap and had lower wage demands than Joe Cole it worked out. He did well for us before getting injured. We have a light squad so of course any cheap mid season signing that would give us an option on the bench would be smart.

Gotta agree with Lukker, Pienaar is no real lose, would have been a decent option, like Yossi but I never got excited about him, wish him well though.

If we got Pienaar for 3million I would have been happy, that would have been pretty good going I think personally. His presence pushing for a regualar starting place might have shaken up our attacking players a wee bit.

Is Josh ready for the big start? I think so, Blackburn are pretty physical though, hope he can handle the pressure. Is Danny definately getting the nod for this game? He deserves it in all fairness.

Disappointing to see Malouda and Ramires still playing and Kalou still on the bench (rather than sold!). Essien needs to pull his finger out, but then I think that can be said for all of them, and Lampard needs to keep his mouth shut IMHO.

I think you'll be ok.
As a United fan it's a bad set of results.
My team need to get the lead out and make a proper push otherwise I can see us struggling for fourth spot.
It's a tight league this season and right now I'd expect any of the top four to be able to win it most probably City followed by Chelsea.
