    I don't think he is because if he was I am pretty sure ATR would publish his record like they do with Hugh Taylor. He does get some good winners though and a fair number of placed horses.

    I haven't finished Hugh Taylors spreadsheet yet for the month but he was over 100 points down until he made the great escape with a 2 point winner that paid 46.8 on Betfair. I'm thinking that he should be backed only after he has tipped 15 or 20 consecutive losers.
