Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of my social welfare claim dates?

Do I ring a centralised number or do I have to visit the social welfare office where I made the claims or can I ask in any social welfare office?

I would rather be able to do it over the phone, web or email.

    Thanks for any help/advice.

Not sure about this one axer,
but if it where me then i would ask in my local office as i know they would have all the info on their screen and the paper trail would be in the office that you made a claim in so thats where i'd start
best of luck and let us know what they say :)

I've been looking around and I found that you can request a statement online or even via text message.

    Online:

    Text Message:

The Dep of Social Protection's website (Online Services section) lets you request yearly record of amount of social welfare payments to you but I don't know if that comes with claiming dates.
