    Hi

I have just joined meteor and am having some reception problems. I remember before that whenever meteor coverage was lost the phone would switch to o2. Now however reception is totally lost, even though I could get o2 coverage ok. Does anyone know has the roaming to other networks stopped for meteor now?

They changed there national roaming agreement to Vodafone 3 or 4 years ago.

Roaming is only in parts where Meteor have no coverage. If you normally have Meteor coverage then it will be a network issue but you may not be allowed to connect to Vodafone

    To explain this more in-depth:
Meteor have a roaming agreement with Vodafone. This is only active in certain "sectors". In many cases, most of the sector can have Meteor coverage, yet roaming is active for the whole sector. From what I've seen, roaming is slowly being disabled in alot of sectors. So the best thing to do is to do a manual network search on your phone and select Vodafone and see if it works.
