Moved my Meteor number to 3, and...

    I can make calls, send sms so I have outgoing functionality, but...

    I cannot receive sms or calls. When someone tries calling me, they hear:

    " The number you are dialing cannot accept this call"... WTF?

    I swapped the sim to my old phone, changed from 3g to 2g - to no avail.

    I called their support line located on the other end of the world, and they said that in their system it says that the number was ported from Meteor successfully...
    They have submitted some technical ticket though, and it should be resolved in 24-48 hours.

    My number was ported to three last year as well, but there were no problems then.

    Anyone had same experiences and could give me some advice?

    It's obviously a routing issue. Happens from time to time when porting. Their porting team will get it sorted. By the way, is it an issue their customer services is in Mumbai rather than Ireland or was that just a pointless point you were making.

    It works fine now, they have sorted it out.
