    This is one of the most disturbing images I have ever seen. I feel sorry for the guy who was obviously suffering from a medical problem

    why didnt he stop ?? i did the new york one and there were real freaks who wore gloves to pull their own poo out so they wouldnt have to stop running ??? so weird
