I have a tracker mortgage with Ulsterbank and was thinking of looking for a top up on it . Anybody any experience of dealing with them for top up given the current environment . I know obviously the top up will only be given at the current variable rate but would they try to insist I switch all of it to variable or will…

They are offering top-ups as normal. Certain T&C apply.

The top up would be a seperate loan to you current mortgage, it will not effect your current tracker rate.
