Men's 5000m is now scheduled for later in the program... around 10.20pm irish time.

Just watched the Bill Rowan/Silver medal cut-off. Man is that dramatic! The race director stands on the finish line, turns his back, and fires a pistol after the cutoff. The runners coming down the home straight try and fling themselves over the finish line (after running for 9 hours) to get under the medal cut-off.

Very impressive running by Defar in the womens 5k to come home in a world leading of 14:26, she really burned them of in the last 400. BBC have a clock counting down to Bolts appearance. I wonder has Tim Hutchins left Eurosport, I like him as a commentator.

Laura Crowe is in the 800 at 8.20, she done well to get a diamond league race.

Great running by Crowe, came in home in a new PB of 2.02.69, previous PB was 2.04.30.

IAAF Golden Spike from Ostrava is on Eurosport 2, this Thursday 27th June, 5.30pm. Bolt not running this year, but Powell listed to start.
