Signature won't show

Hi there, I know a few people have had a problem with this but I can't see my signature. I've clicked on 'show all signatures' but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Would really appreciate your help, cheers! Sorry just as I posted that it came up, sorry mods can you delete this please, sorry for the hassle
