So me motor got its windows smashed in lately so was considering getting new ones but the car is pretty old, (97) has no Tax or NCT now either and has a few problems with it. Do places pay for parts? Salvage yards? Where could I get it priced?

    TIA

going by your discription of the motor there is no parts left to scrap, give it away to a farmer to keep chickens in:D

The best bet is to put an ad on Done Deal or somewhere like that. It's surprising how many people buy spare cars for parts. Scrap yards think they are doing you a favour taking a car so no money there. You might get €30 in Oranmore to get it crushed.

You can stick it up on adverts and see what people are willing to pay.
