Specifically Zinc ions from Insulin Aspartate. It's been awhile since I've run a column so any ideas on chelating resins or even a rough protocol on how to run would be great.

I have a bit of Amberlite IRC748l Chelating resin which I'm hoping will be appropriate.

Anyone with any similar protocols or knowledge, your help would be greatly appreciated.
