Interesting that south England thread just got bumped today....

OK, to cut a long story short, I've booked a week in a Southampton hostel, and instead of doing the touristy thing I was originally planning, I want to jobhunt for a starter in the feild I trained for college in (higher cert in Mech Engineering, wanted to get into Aerospace Manufacturing). I'm heading over on the 18th of this month, is it feasible to do job interviews for the week? Should I really just save up and move over for a few weeks? If I have to do that, then it'll be 2012 before I move across, I'm on breadlines as it is.

I need to get started, and soon!
