Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey all,

    Hoping you can help.

    Got a new bike a couple of weeks ago, but I don't have anywhere to store it really. The family is getting a new shed soonish (could be next week, could be next year) that I'll be able to put the bike in, but at the moment it is out the back against a wall, locked to a solid pipe.

    Anyway, whenever it is really windy the bike ends up falling over, so I was looking to buy a small rack that I could place on the ground under the front wheel to give the bike a better foundation. I thought it would be easy to get and that either Halfords or Argos would do one, but seemingly not.

    Basically, I am looking for something like the following:

    Can these be gotten easily in ireland? Looking for something in either Dublin, or (more preferably) Dundrum/Bray/Carrickmines areas.

    Any ideas?

    What about this? Gist bike stand.

    Cyclesuperstore's in Tallaght, but they open late on Wed/Thurs.
    Or you could buy it online. There's free delivery if there's anything else you want so as to get the order over €50.


    Or Chain Reaction Cycles have this one for online order, and there's free delivery on everything (no minimum purchase value): Sports Solutions single bike floor stand.

    I have one of those and it works well. I also have one of these for another bike.
