    Don't know about the Lidl ones, but Dunnes Stores have 2kg New Irish potatoes at E1.66 at the moment.

    yeah both Lidl potatoes are irish.

    Dunnes have them as well as pointed out and a 7.5kg bag for €5

    ???=Nectarines I think.

    Fairly poor. The green apples aren't that nice, 6 normal tomatos are less then a euro anyway, broccoli wasn't great, pineapples tiny and asparagus looks tough.

    Thats a few in a row now marked 79c. The corn was delish though last week.

    The local Lidl is offering half price fruit & veg from Thurs to Sun as part of their 10 year celebrations. Dunno if it is national or not.
