Bruschette alla caprese, toasted bread topped with mozzarella and tomato in cubes, fresh basil, olive oil salt and origano.



My mum's roast leg of lamb, of course with roasties, carrots, broccolli and gravy.


And in case the roast dinner didn't make my arse big enough already...
