Rabo Term Deposit Penalties

Hi, I have a term deposit with Rabo with a few months left to run. Thing is, I'm tempted to withdraw it now. I gather there's a penalty involved, but does anyone know if that involves forgoing all of the interest earned to date? I've emailed them and should hopefully hear back soon, kinda eager to know asap though!…
