Is she pregnant?

So me and my girlfriend had unprotected sex for the first time about 2 and a half weeks ago. We joked about her getting pregnant but now she's worried she's showing signs of actually being pregnant.
We're not sure what to think at this stage and hope someone here could shed some light.

Basically she has been on the pill and has been taking it properly. however she has occasionally had trouble with it, sometimes getting her period while on the pill. This would normally just be for a day tho.

Her apparent symptoms are sensitive breasts, pains in her lower abdomen (almost like period pain but not quite) , a few days after we had sex she started to bleed a little bit, the blood was a reddish brown. This has happened nearly everyday up until now. Her lower back was also a bit sore.

So, is it just paranoia, or the real deal?

If it only happened 2 weeks ago chances are the signs of being pregnant wont show for another 2 weeks. If your girlfriend does not get her period by the end of the next 2 weeks then she should take a pregnancy test!

Anxiety can postpone the period also. Good luck

Chances are she's not pregnant but the bleeding could be an implantation bleed. When is your girlfriend due her next period? Get her to test from the first urine of the morning as if she is pregnant HCG levels will be more concentrated and show up a positive. The problem with the symptoms at the moment is that pregnancy symptoms are very similar to period symptoms. Or she could be imagining them because she is worried.

The only way to tell is to test as close to period as possible.
