    Ordered a sun lounger on 08/05 not being delivered untill 24/08 but amount posted to my account, after two calls Julia with the english accent tells me it can not be removed from my account

    I'm pretty sure that anything over 2 months would be considered more than a reasonable time frame in which to deliver something, unless they informed you of the shipping date prior to payment.

    I think you are missing the point littlewoods have invoiced me for the goods which have not been dispatched. also a sun chair ordered in May being delivered 28/05

    Am I missing something here? Is is not their policy to charge for something they haven't dispatched to you? I read through their Terms and Conditions and doesn't say what their policy is regard paying for purchases, as in if they charge you before dispatching or when they dispatch.

    But I will say a lot of places will charge you before they send anything. Some will charge you a deposit others will charge you the full amount. So to be honest I don't fully understand your problem here.

    You ordered something, They told you when it would be delivered and they charged you. Seems reasonable to me even if it is in August before you get it.
