Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Taking stills from dvd

    Hi all, i'm trying to get stills from a family movie we got done recently, i have nero, but when i click on capture image it does nothing or is there some special file it stores it too. Can anyone point me in the right direction for the software i require for the job. Thanks in advance

    Play the movie using VLC (google VLC to download).

    Then just go to Video > Snapshot to take a still. It'll save it in the default folder, probably your documents folder or somewhere.

    when you capture a still with nero, open paint and paste, your picture is stored in the clipboard.You can only do stills one at a time.

    +1, it'll create a folder in My Documents of all the snapshots (saved as jpg's).
