Try tripadvisor.com for selection of your hotel then their links to about 10 hotel booking sites for offers on your chosen hotel. Sometimes you can get a better deal directly with the hotel itself, if you tell them what you're offered from a booking engine. They often upgrade to include breakfast, better room etc.

I booked with superbreak last year and found they were cheapest. We booked their "mystery 4star hotel" deal which was very cheap for what we got.

Now it's called a mystery hotel, but from the description they gave, we used google to work out exactly which hotel it was. Very happy, got it for £50 when it should have been £150!

As always i booked through bethrifty, saved another few squid.

this is a great one, especially if you're flying into luton, as you have a 30-40 minute train journey into King's Cross (St. Pancras), and then this is only 5 minutes up the road
