Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Opteron 165 and Socket 939 Hardware

    Hey all,

I have some socket 939 hardware at the moment lying around the house and I was thinking of selling it to a friend who is looking for a cheap pc. I was just wondering if an Opteron 165 could handle todays games. He doesn't seem to mind playing the games at low - medium quality but I don't want to screw him either.

The Opteron 165 I have is also one of the good overclockers (although I never got around to trying it) and I have some overclockers RAM as well (OCZ DDR500) so if he overclocked it, would it make the games any more playable?

    Cheers,
    f_b
