Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Flat fee with rent allowance

I got a backdated payment of my 1st lot of rent allowance-they'd been paying it to the wrong post ofice-and on top of the money i was due, on the slip i signed, there was a flat fee i received of 200odd euro. Anyone know what this is? I had just expected to get what i was owed! My CWO isn't the best for explaining things…

You could ring the central HSE office if your are not keen on dealing with your CWO. best thing to do is make sure you are entitled to it because if they turn out to have made a mistake the one time they come looking for it will be the one time when you haven't two pennies to rub together.
