Recommend a property valuer in Dublin?

    Hiya lads,

    I need to get my house valued.
    Does anyone know of any good valuation companies in Dublin?
    Any ideas of price?

    It'll cost around €150 + VAT if you want a written valuation. It's free to get a valuer/auctioneer out to advise you on it's value, but there will be no written valuation.

    I'd ask one of the big companies like DNG, Sherry Fitz, Savills etc. but I don't think it really matters who you choose unless you're selling your property. For a written valuation they'll generally all come up with similar valuations
