I'm hardly keen on anything associated with Rupert Murdoch, and I'm turned-off by the wall-to-wall coverage on Sky News, but in this case I don't see much scope for manipulation of the facts. What this guy did trumps any other questions about his "motivation" or whatever. A nutter with a gun can only take so much "spin", if you ask me.

Approximately 7:30pm on friday night to 2:20am the following morning. In other words, he had plenty of opportunity to drop the gun and come out with his hands in the air. He didn't do it. His choice.

The guy had some serious issues, he shouldn't have been released in the first place and the authorities were made aware of this.

He died thinking that nobody in the world gave a crap about him, the police wouldn't allow his brother or uncle talk to him.

What he did was wrong, there is no question about that, but now he should be allowed to rest in peace. The media have turned this into a circus.
