Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Eirtext Pro Problem

    Downloaded the latest eirtext pro update,
    New interface and the works. It looks good but its not working.

    When you are sending a message it does not give you the option to text a NUMBER, you can only text a CONTACT.

    I was trying to text my girlfriend who had gotten a new number,
    So I decided to save it and then send her a text through Eirtext pro,
    So I did save it "JANE NEW MOB," I went into Eirtext pro and it was not in my contacts?

    It was in my contacts to text normally, But Eirtext pro was not picking it up....

    Anyone else experiencing this? I am a bit disappointed as this is one of my favorite app's and probably the one I use the most to.

    Settings -> Import Address Book to sync changes to your contacts.

    Also, you can text a number thats not in your address book. Just type it into the search bar and hit the Search button.

    Hello.

    I didn't want to open a new discussion so I'm posting this here. When I use the app on my iPhone sometimes the webtext is sent more than once. Other times it is sent to the original number I input AND a random number from my other contacts, whom I probably messaged earlier.

    Is this a known issue? I have checked my O2 online account to check my sent webtexts and I can see the multiple sent messages.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    It's an international number indeed but the issue is older than just a few weeks. I've experienced it every now and then since last year. The app works fine, and you only notice it has sent your text multiple times to the same person and others when you check online on O2. This happens mostly when you text different people one after another.
