Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    i have an agreement to pay this at 10euro per week.my allowance is paid into the bank less the 10 euro which sw stop.this is being paid for the last 4 yrs with no problems.this morning i got a letter stating they now want 100 euro pw even though my circumstances have not changed.i am on disability allowance and claim for myself and spouse.cant get through on the phone,any advice appreciated.thanks

    keep ringing them thats the only advice that anyone on here can offer is that you have to speak to them if you can get down to their office and demand to speak to someone do that

    Go down and talk to them directly dont agree to anything there(unless its the status qou of 10 p/w) just take away any info that they have told you and go to citizens information for advice on what to do from there.

    thanks for tha replies.got through to longford today ,must say the people i spoke to were very understanding.went to my local office in dun laoghaire and the gentleman there was really helpful.hopefully it will all work out.thanks again.
